Ferose is an acclaimed leader and world changer. As the head of SAP Academy, he works on creating the next generation of engineers to solve some of the world's most complex problems. At 33, Ferose became one of the youngest Chief Executives of a Global Multinational in India and transformed SAP Labs India into an innovation hub. Ferose is a sought-after speaker on leadership and guest lecturer at Columbia University, regular contributor at Forbes and is the co-author of two best-selling books: Gifted: Inspiring Stories Of People With Disabilities, and GRIT: The Major Story.
Ferose has founded SAP’s award-winning “Autism at Work” program, designed to broaden awareness and provide employment opportunities for individuals within the autism spectrum. His wide-reaching accomplishments, both within and beyond the workplace, have won him numerous awards including a Lifetime Achievement award for Global Philanthropy from Transperfect. He is also the Chairperson of Specialisterne, USA, a not-for-profit foundation, with the goal to create 1 million jobs for people with autism and other disabilities, and founder of the India Inclusion Foundation, a non-profit aimed at bringing Inclusion to the forefront in India.
