Henry Grossman has interacted at close hand with - and captured beautifully, for posterity - some of the living legends of our time. Not at one point in time, but for decade upon decade, many times over. He has been one of the most acclaimed photographers in America ever since he took his first published shot of the former First Lady - and remarkable leader - Eleanor Roosevelt. He went on to take some of the most well-known, iconic images of Presidents John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson, Robert Kennedy, Nelson Mandela, and an array of prominent artists and actors.

An actor and Wagnerian tenor, Henry has also performed at the Metropolitan Opera, and been a friend of Luciano Pavarotti. He formed a close bond with The Beatles and photographed them extensively between 1964 and 1968, enjoying unprecedented access to their homes, to photograph them informally with their friends and families. Through the authentic manner in which Henry has captured and connected with living legends, Henry is a living legend.
