Kate Shaw is Airbnb's Director of Learning where she leads a team focused on delivering highly customized and innovative development programs to Airbnb employees around the world. As the former Talent Director at Apple, she consolidated and developed a strategy and operation for Apple's executive coaching practice worldwide. She was also the founder and host for the Lucasfilm Speaker Series which features some of the biggest names in technology and entertainment.
